If you're looking to return or exchange your order, we're happy to help! We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a full refund to the original payment method. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Purchases online will be refunded online only and purchases in store will be store credit only. All discounted items in store and online are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Returned items must be in original condition without damage and be returned in original product packaging. Returned items must have no visible sign of use to our discretion.
How long does it take to receive your refund?
You will receive your refund within 7 days of your refund request.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can :) After purchase, you will receive text message and/or email updates with your Canada Post tracking information.
