Where are you located?
We are located in Tecumseh, Ontario Canada. Our address is 12000 Tecumseh road east right next to Franks Brewery and Oven 360.
Do you ship world wide?
Yes, we do ship worldwide, you would just have to pay the shipping fee, which varies for each country. Shipping rates are calculated based on how much your order amounts to, unless we have a promotion going on (example: $8 flat rate shipping Canada wide) then it does not matter how much your order amounts to, it would be $8 either way for your order to be shipped.
What is your return policy?

If you're looking to return or exchange your order, we're happy to help! We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a full refund to the original payment method. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Purchases online will be refunded online only and purchases in store will be store credit only. All discounted items in store and online are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Returned items must be in original condition without damage and be returned in original product packaging. Returned items must have no visible sign of use to our discretion.

How long does it take to receive your refund?

You will receive your refund within 7 days of your refund request.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can :) After purchase, you will receive text message and/or email updates with your Canada Post tracking information.
